Our original design, which we worked on for a long time, has been refined down to the smallest detail. The balance beam is made entirely of very hard and durable beech wood that can withstand high loads. It is the only balance beam of its kind on the market. It is not permanently screwed in, which means it can be easily disassembled. It is assembled with a pin that fits into holes in the legs and ensures that the beam rests firmly on the supports without rotating.

Exercises performed barefoot fully activate the foot muscles and lead to their strengthening. Regular balance training on the bar improves the strength of the stabilizing muscles, which is crucial for the health and function of the feet in everyday life.

Training on the balance beam activates the muscles in the legs, buttocks, hips and feet, improving their strength and endurance.
