8. What are your rights?

12. Drop Shipping terms

If you have bought goods with Drop Shipping, this means that goods are sent from abroad directly to you. We can not guarantee how long deliveries will take, especially during Covid times.

We pay SEK 150 for shipping, which is included in the price. However, should you wish to return the product to Promenix, this shipping cost will be deducted from your return amount. Therefore, we ask you to be careful in choosing your size, by measuring your feet, comparing with the size guide and adding a little extra space.

The stock is updated daily, but unfortunately it can sometimes be the case that it has not had time to sync to the current stock status. If your item that you have ordered is not available, we will notify you within 24 hours, offer you another variant or cancel your order.
