If you are ordering within EU, your usual time of delivery varies between couple of days and up to two weeks.
If you shop from outside the EU it is not unusual that the package takes even over one month to arrive. Although it is rare and usual waiting time is couple of weeks.
If we are unable to adhere to these times (due to holidays, vacations, etc.), you will be notified of the extended processing times at checkout.
If your package takes an unusually long time to arrive, please let us know via email: tatjana@fairvaluesweden.se, and we will do our best to help.
My package has arrived damaged, what should I do?
If the packaging looks damaged, do not pick it up from the delivery company without filing a damage report. File a claim while you are still there. If you take the damaged box from delivery company without doing so, they are no longer responsible for delivery damage and we do not cover that either.
That the content is damaged even though the package is complete is a sad but very unlikely event. We work hard to ensure that things like this never happen, but in that case you should take several pictures of the damaged product and its packaging and send it to us. We will examine the product on the pictures and of course replace them if we made a mistake in the packaging. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as we can.
