Refund policy

These Terms and Conditions apply only to customers shopping from outside of Sweden.

Please add a little paper in the package with order number and reason for the return.

Returns Policy

Note! If you are shopping from outside the EU it is not possible to exchange or return your products. (One of the main reasons is that the shipping takes way too long time for us to wait for the return.)

The comfort of those little feet is the most of importance to us, therefore if the shoes do not fit, you can of course return them to us! The following conditions apply:

♡ Package the shoes well in either the original packaging or package it well yourself in waterproof packaging. The customer is responsible for safe delivery of the returned goods.
♡ We must receive any returns within 28 days from the time you received the goods.
♡ All items that are returned to us, must be in a perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and with all the original tags and packaging. If you tape shipping label or tape directly on the packaging, the return will be declined.
♡ A refund cannot be offered unless we have received the goods, proof of postage is not enough for a refund. Make sure you send your package with a reliable postal service.
♡ We are not able to refund original shipping charges.
♡ The products bought through drop shipping (in this case the word Drop-Shipping stands in the name of product) are non-returnable and non-refundable) as well as the Pre-Orders (Which are manufactured specifically for you)
♡ If you do not pick up your package from the post office or not able to receive the delivery and it returns to us a cost of 350 sek will be deducted from your returned sum.
♡ If you want to exchange the colour or the size please make a new purchase and send the other pair to us as a normal return.
