Bohempia HERLIK is a unisex barefoot shoe and sneaker that is clearly inspired by classic Converse style, but with more toe space and a barefoot feel. The model is described as lightweight and fully flexible, with zero heel height and a thin sole.

Materials and construction according to Bohempia's own specifications
The upper is hemp canvas and is stated as breathable, durable and moisture-wicking. The lining is stated as cotton. The outsole is stated as 4 mm natural rubber and the insole as 4 mm and removable. Water repellency is only achieved after impregnation.

Wide read and what Wide means
Bohempia sells HERLIK in two widths: Standard and Wide. Wide is intended for wider feet and is usually marked with the letter W directly in the size, for example 38W.

Bohempia states PETA Approved Vegan certification for HERLIK. The product page for some color variants also states that the shoes are made in the EU.

Size and fit, so you usually choose Wide
Retailers and Bohempia's sizing advice usually starts from the inside measurement and recommends adding about 0.5 to 1.2 cm in length to your foot measurement to allow for adequate room for movement. Wide is usually recommended for extra wide feet, while Regular can be sufficient for normal to wide feet depending on your width and volume.
