How do you make our fitnessSTYLE even better? Make it vegan! That's why there are no longer any animal components in the new version of the model. The upper material of this model is a combination of a vegan suede alternative and mesh, the lining is made of a breathable, synthetic material. This makes our fitnessSTYLE perfect for your favorite sport this season too. Regardless of whether it's strength training or endurance sports, in barefoot shoes we have better footing thanks to the thin and flexible sole and zero heel and therefore significantly more control over the execution of our movements than in conventional sports shoes. This firm and straight stance also means that there is better power transfer and less force is needed to compensate for a thick sole during training. However, when doing endurance sports, you should make sure to increase your training sessions in barefoot shoes little by little: your muscles are put under much more strain than in conventional sports shoes, so overexertion can quickly lead to muscle soreness!
